Cosmetically the refurbished Samsung S23 I got looked good. It was supposed to come with a charger, and it did…. for an iPhone. Pretty useless for an Android device. If not for that and the fact I could only get the chatbot customer service that was no help I would have left more than 3 stars. The price was right so hopefully the phone works.

Price and phone quality is excellent. Zero issues switching wifi extender zones for calls over wifi. No dropped calls so far. I live very close to an airport, so reception is challenging at home. Very clear sound, bright screen, fully unlocked, registered, legitimate device. This is my favorite phone. That said, there are cosmetic issues. I bought a case and screen protector to hide blemishes, including scratch and dent from past life.

I ordered these phones to use on my tmobile plan. They are listed as unlocked and available to be used on a tmobile network. Guess what, when they arrived they were locked by AT&T. This renders them unless to anyone on another network. I will update this if I get it successfully resolved through seller which appears to be Stalion ReQuip.
UPDATE: the seller responded same evening to my online complaint and changed something online that allowed us to use our t-mobile Sim cards that wouldn’t work before (I believe the phones were at&t locked). It is a few days later and we have successfully gotten switched over to the new phones. No replacements needed. No trips to stores needed. Thank you!

First time buying an Amazon Renewed phone in “excellent condition”. My particular phone and color was sold by “thegadgetdeals”, whom had a 98% rating for the past year. Receiving the phone a week later, there was not a scratch/blemish/mark of any kind. The battery seems to retain the same energy as a new one. I’m highly satisfied with my phone & will look to Amazon Renewed, the next time I choose to upgrade.

This was my first time buying a phone through Amazon so I was a little unsure how it would go. Phone was in mint shape and easy to set up at home. I transfered from a Google Pixel 4 to this phone. Phone is a nice easy to hold size and the color is fun. Takes great pictures and video!

I ordered the phone two days ago and it arrived today, a day earlier than expected, which is great. The phone itself was as described in ”excellent” condition, besides having visible minor scratches at the volume and power buttons. The phone itself was at 87% battery when started and was fully unlocked, I could insert my SIM without any problems and was directly connected to the network. I set up without having any issues and I am very satisfied with my purchase, I can only recommend buying renewable phones, if you don’t have the budget for a new one. I will probably update after using it for the next couple weeks.

I wanted this because it was unlocked but it was locked. I would never buy refurbished from Amazon. I still don’t have my money back and I returned it immediately 6 weeks ago. Beware

I like the speed of the processor and overall comfortable size. Screen is sharp.
I do not like the terrible sound quality the when using the phone – it is hard to even recognize the caller’s voice. Yet the sound when playing music through the internal speakers isn’t half bad for a phone.
