After several years, the TV remote could no longer turn the TV on and off. Rather than buy a universal remote, we went with this exact replacement. If you zoom in on the picture you can see the precise model number printed on the plastic. It was inexpensive and once we put in the new batteries it worked exactly like it did previously.

Bought a new CU7000 UHD Samsung TV and the remote that came with the TV needed too much access to the on-screen menu to select features so I tried my old Samsung remote and it was much easier to select channels and source devices so decided to purchase a second remote with the same features so I did not have to carry the remote from room to room. This replacement remote is just what I needed. It work great with bot the old and new Digital UHF TV models.
