Sd card usb stick data storage read write
I bought this to use to take alot of videos of a school reunion.
It was coming up on my highschool reunion and I needed an SD card with enough memory to record at least 100 photos as I was planning to upload them to facebook for our reunion club.
I bought a couple and headed to the reunion.
I took video and WAS ABLE TO RECORD ABOUT HALF HOUR of video on one SD card I just had to record it with mid range pixel count. But it did work!
In total I was able to take over 1000 pre-edit photos on the other and the quality of the images and the sheer amount this card holds also blew my mind!
I would purchase another of these for video storage if a higher read/write speed was offered.
A good value for the pricetag!
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I wanted to find a fast, reliable brand that would allow me to fit large volumes of photos and after much research, I settled on this SD Card and it did NOT disappoint!
It is easy to use, has a large memory and would be perfect for weddings or events! Ease your mind knowing that your digital memories are in a safe place!
It really doesn’t handle video well. I use a Canon Rebel T7 and while it does amazingly with pictures or other things of the sort, video requires a faster read/write. So you can get maaaybe 12 minutes of video before you have to notice it stopped recording and restart it. And sometimes when you pick back up on recording it skips a bit since the buffer is slow. A new SD card fixed my issue so be warned.
I bought this to go with my dad’s game camera for at our family camp. We left it up for about three weeks and got over 5,000 photos!! The quality of the images and the sheer amount this card holds blew our minds! Well worth the money! Here are a couple of our favorites as reference.
Possible improvements on ths would be to increase the read/write speed..

I recently purchased the SanDisk 256GB Extreme microSDXC card for my action camera, and it has exceeded my expectations. As an avid traveler and vlogger, I needed a reliable memory card that could keep up with my active lifestyle and frequent high-resolution video recordings. This card has not only provided ample storage but also ensured that my videos are recorded smoothly without any interruptions.
The transfer speeds are phenomenal. I can quickly move large files to my computer, saving me a lot of time in post-production. This efficiency is a game-changer for anyone who regularly works with large media files.
Durability is a key factor for me, and this card has proven to be incredibly resilient. I’ve used it in various environments, from sandy beaches to snowy mountains, and it has never failed me. The peace of mind knowing that my data is safe on this sturdy card is invaluable.
Recording in 4K UHD can be demanding, but this card handles it like a champ. I’ve recorded hours of 4K footage without any lag or performance issues, which is crucial for maintaining the quality of my work.
While the price is on the higher side, I believe it’s a worthwhile investment for anyone serious about digital photography or videography. The combination of storage capacity, speed, and durability makes it a top-tier choice for professionals and enthusiasts alike.
In conclusion, the SanDisk 256GB Extreme microSDXC card is a stellar choice for anyone looking for a reliable, high-performance memory card. It’s a perfect blend of speed, capacity, and durability, making it well worth the investment for high-quality recording and storage needs. Highly recommended!

This was advertised correctly, the images were accurate, and it’s Great. I liked it a lot. This might be a good choice if you’re looking for Micro SD Cards. The packaging arrived as expected and without incident. Delivery was fast and as promised. Overall, I am thrilled with the product and comfortable with the five stars. I have no problem recommending this or the seller.

I have other 400GB SanDisk Extreme microSD cards. They’re kind of slow compared to these 1TB ones I just got. I have one in my Steam Deck (Older LCD 256GB model) and I swear the 1TB Micro SD card has slightly faster read/write speeds than the SSD in the deck.
I’ll likely use the other 1TB SD card, as I ordered two at the same time, once the first fills up. Games are starting to get much bigger in storage capacity needs so having a few SD cards around will be nice. Still, at the size of a game like Baldur’s Gate 3, that’s about 6 games that I could fit on the Micro SD card should all those games be the same size requirements. And have enough space for save files and a few other things.
Think the only things that I can see as a bit of downfall are; 1 being worried about how many write cycles the Micro SD could has. As there are no indications on what the limitations are. Given the use case I am using the Micro SD card for, I expect to have quite a few write/re-write cycles done. Maybe not as many as someone who’s using it for photos or video recording but still a lot due to game updates.
Number 2 and 3, which are personal gripe are; it’s small physical size. Be very easy to lose so keep any spares in a Micro SD to SD adaptor or other adaptor. Less likely to lose that way.
Number 3: 1TB, even as a pair, may not be enough storage space for me. I may have to invest in more or bigger storage space Micro SD cards in the future. Will have to see in due time.
Overall, I’ve used many Sandisk devices over the years. And have had little to no trouble at all with using them. Sandisk has been pretty reliable. I have a 2GB USB Flash Drive that I have used the heck out of for close to 20 years now and the thing still runs very strong. For as long as Sandisk continues to make really good products, I will stand behind them and buy more. Or point my friends into buying their products.

This is the exact memory card my Thinkware U1000 Dash Cam uses, and it’s been great. This SanDisk micro memory card was easy to sync to the dash cam software and we’ve had no trouble at all with it, (unlike other memory cards that only worked for a few months and then started giving us constant error messages.) We’ve had it in our dash cam for over 7 months now and it still works perfectly!

I use SanDisk memory on all my camera devices. They are reasonably priced and their quality is second to none! I put this 512gb in my Action 3 camera and I have a 256gb in my Wolfbox digital rearview mirror (also records footage) and have had ZERO problems. Other brands will not last that long and will often corrupt when you need the footage the most. With SanDisk they stand behind their product and you will have piece of mind that your footage will be there when you need it the most.
Intuitive Breach –
I looked online and did a comparison between fake sd cards and real ones, I can confirm I received a real one. I’m currently using it with my Lenovo Legion Go. I haven’t tried putting games in the sd card, instead I’ve used it to store gigabytes of educational books, audio files, and video guides for the purpose of studying on the go. I only ended up using 200GB of study material (if it’s not obvious, I like to study, it’s a hobby, not an assigned assigment – I guess I would be considered an information junky). Overall, buy with confidence; it’s possible the people claiming they received fake sd cards are the scammers and not the seller. Goodluck!
