I use these to make a nut dressing for salads. I also enjoy a lacking on them.

The quality of these nuts is very poor. Their appearance is unappetizing with little dark particles and powdery stuff scattered over the surfaces of the pieces. I can’t tell if it’s black pepper added to preserve them. But you’re left with a slight burning and unpleasant aftertaste from eating these. I want to support African entrepreneurs but you quality and standard of product has to rise higher than this

Finding raw cashews locally is challenging and expensive. This product was the best priced of any I could find. The cashews are broken up, not large pieces. This works well, and in fact I prefer that they are smaller pieces as I use them in my vegan recipes; mostly sauces. They are easy to work with and provide a great end result; creamy, smooth and tasty.
