Great Shrimp – I thaw amount I want to serve dry them off on a paper towel. Cook in Nesco electric fry pan skillet with butter for approximately 4 to 6 minutes, depending on size of shrimp. place in plastic bag – refrigerate and serve later to hubby and me on ice with shrimp sauce and Chardonney Wine or Champagne.

have ordered in the past and was very happy with purchase. this time around we were very unhappy as the shrimp are no longer peeled. you bite into a shrimp and are met with the shell. if it states "peeled" then that’s what we should receive. not too pleasant biting into shrimp thinking they have been peeled to find shell in your mouth. if we wanted peel on shrimp, that’s what i would have bought. the only reason buying these is to save time in the kitchen.

I rolled the dice and ordered frozen shrimp from Amazon. The shrimp arrived quickly, packaged in a styrofoam cooler with dry ice. Packaging is very adequate. As for the shrimp, they are farm raised in Thailand. They are individual frozen, so it is very easy to remove the number you need, while leaving the rest frozen. They prepare well, and are very tasty. I have placed several orders for this product, and I am not disappointed. Highly recommended.

Cannot believe how superior these are to frozen shrimp in grocery stores. Cooking hint: Rinse off any ice. Place in a kinda flat bowl. Cover. Microwave for 5-6 minutes on high. You won’t believe how much shrimp flavor is retained. Amazing how much flavor is lost steaming, boiling, or in a skillet. And the texture is perfect.
