I don’t know why, but I’m addicted to Unsweetened Almond Milk! I never realized that I wasn’t drinking any milk at all, until I started using another brand of unsweetened almond milk. It’s really convenient to be able to open my front door & have 6 boxes of almond milk there too!
Couple of things I’ve done & adore- I’ve started dropping a stick of Cinnamon into a few boxes of my refrigerated almond milk. Yummm 😋
I’m not a big coffee drinker, but have always had a deliciously icy, cold spot in my tummy for Coffee Ice Cream-Only the Best (Of Course) & created an alternative to Coffee Ice Cream! Some may find it to be a pain in their coffee, but I Love It!
I start with a tall (10” tall glass) & fill it halfway w/ Unsweetened Almond Milk. Recently, it’s been Silk’s. Then, I literally pour in at least 2 Tablespoons of Medalio D’Oro’s Instant Expresso (If I don’t want the full caffeine tilt throttle bump, I add 1/2 Decaf (Any type you enjoy) & 1/2 Expresso) I add 1-2 teaspoons of ground Cinnamon & stir. If my sweet teeth are jonesing, (sp?) I add Honey or Raw Sugar to taste. Then, to give it that Ice Creamy Luxury Taste, I add either Whole Organic Milk, The Coconut (Canned) Milk & stir like a possessed soul! If I’m having a bad day or have forgotten to eat & just need some calories, I’ll add a teeny bit of Organic Cream, but of course.
Next, once I’ve taken the time to put this all together, I’ll go splay myself somewhere away from my Cell, Laptop & people. Particularly people, as once anyone tastes this, they’ll try finishing mine or ask me to make 1 for them. Somehow, this always seems to happen just after I’ve mixed it perfectly & have just allowed the 1st sip to infuse & begin to completely regenerate my soul, imagination & life-joy!
Life’s gotten so crazy difficult & concurrently simple since COVID dropped onto our planet! Avoiding Iceland of course, brilliant lot of souls in Iceland. Can you even start to imagine how it would feel to See Everyone’s Entire Face, Everyday-With Zero Fear of Infection? Remember when …

I find it’s efficient to reuse Cinnamon Sticks, tho I keep the used, washed & dried ones in a separate Spice Bottle then the never used ones. The Sticks do expand in liquids, tho make great straws for Cider, Hot Cider, the warmed version of this Coffee Ice Cream & even in Hot Vanilla (Think Hot Chocolate w/out the Cocoa Powder, a bit of sliced vanilla bean (or vanilla extract-needs must) & I’d imagine the Vanilla Almond Milk) w/ Honey laced Cinnamon Sticks-heated, not boiled late at night or after being outside in the cold. With the added benefit of serving with a red-bowed, snazzy Cinnamon Stick Stirrer, like Peppermint Candy Canes!)
To reclaim my Cinnamon Sticks, I quickly tired of trying to get them back out of the Almond Milk Box hole, so I slash the topside of the empty container, extract the used Cinnamon Stick, wash it & either dry it or pinch it & put it back into a full container of Almond Milk, headed to the frig. If you enjoy Cinnamon, this is a treat. It’s a simple pleasure that makes life feel fun & grand for a moment! We Deserve Grand Again, even if just for a moment!

This is a great shelf-stable stand-by to have in the pantry : for cooking, for a beverage .. I don’t drink coffee, but am imagining it to be a pleasing enough flavor to cream your coffee as well as to work for homemade soups. I love having the shelf-stable alternative milk on hand, and use various kinds as a regular go-to in my kitchen preps.

I like that it is small containers and is a shelf ready product. This is a great value for me, with the big containers I end up wasting them as I don’t use much at a time. I have added a couple of pictures to show how great this works for me. I like making cold brew coffee ☕️ and I often make the frozen coffee drinks. Regular ice just waters it down so I started freezing my SILK dark chocolate almond milk and it works great, one 8 oz container will fill my mini ice tray twice and the regular ice tray once. This gives my cold brew coffee the most amazing flavor and I don’t have to add any sugar !! I often use protein powder in this and if I want extra flavor I add a few drops of sugar free Torani caramel syrup which I also get from Amazon ‼️‼️‼️

I got a pack of these for my kids, so they can just grab something from the fridge that is healthy and yummy enough that they drink the whole thing. They do. No more half-full containers. When they grab these, there isn’t a drop wasted. They love them. And actually, I do, too. Now I drink these as much as they do. 100% recommend. They taste great cold.

We usually buy this from the grocery store cold section, in a large carton. I bought these for a trip to Disney with my grandson. They are perfect for traveling, since they don’t require refrigeration. Their size also worked great for Disney’s new “beverage coolers“, which are more narrow than a mini fridge. I also like how you can either use the straw or peel back the silver covering and drink it without the straw.
While having one strong of the box, un-refrigerated, I noticed it was reminiscent of drinking Yoo-Hoos. Now, I haven’t had Yoo-Hoos for years, so maybe my memory is off, but it brought back those “chocolate drink” years LOL

Love drinking this product. It tastes so good. It has a rich flavor and the chocolate is unbelievable. I would recommend this product to chocolate lovers it tastes very good.

I found that I actually like the almond milk more than I like regular cow’s milk.
I buy the plain unsweetened so that I can cook with it.
if I want it sweet? I can sweeten it. if I want a little vanilla in it? I can add vanilla.
This makes really good hot cocoa, old fashioned homemade style. And one of the things that surprised me a little bit is it slightly thickens when heated up which as far as I’m concerned makes a way better hot cocoa.
This oddly enough makes a really good bechamel sauce.
It’s just all around useful.

It also helps make a really good base soup.
for ex: clam chowder or potato soup.
for those people that don’t necessarily want to deal with cow’s milk? seriously awesome viable option.
and I really can’t argue the price here on Amazon. because I’ve always gotten it at a reasonable price.
