I wouldn’t call myself an Udon connoisseur but I’ve tried a few brands. I really like the size and texture of this brand. It might just be a personal preference thing though. Either way, I really like it.

If you haven’t made good udon at home and (yeah I know good on udon would be making your own noodles but since I don’t have that kind of time this is a great substitute)… You need to make udon at home. My husband and I make varying types of udon soups especially in cold weather.
