Potsies, you need this. I have had digestive issues due to my condition and was told to try to eat more liquid meals than solid. These have a good amount of sodium (which I need desperately) and are so rich and delicious. The calories for the whole thing are low enough I can snack all day if needed to keep up energy. This is my favorite pho broth that isn’t from a local restaurant.

As far as instant pho goes, this is one of the better ones. Its nice to have for a quick meal. It is a bit pricy for what it is but this item is on sale often enough for me to have it be a permanent item in my kitchen.

Great flavor for Great soups, etc.
I originally bought because I enjoy certain “Ramen Noodle” items which contain a hazardous amount of SALT.
I cut out half or more of flavor/salt packet and substitute this broth for the water.

The taste of a ginger broth is subjective. Therefore, although I didn’t love this one, I gave it 4 stars. I love a good ginger broth and have used multiple brands in soups I have made. To me, this broth had an odd aftertaste and was just okay. Others might love it, but I wouldn’t purchase it again.

It has all the flavors you’d expect. Very savory. Kind of has a canned broth aftertaste although comes from a carton.

This product is great to add to anything you need beef broth in. It have just a hint of spice to liven up you soups, stew, stir fries , sauce or gravy.
