I purchased this salmon for a party that was going to we all brought something, I have eaten smoked fish and salmon for many many many years this was undoubtedly the driest smoked salmon that I’ve ever had I heard one guy say “my God I put it in my mouth and it sucked all the moisture out of my mouth” I was hoping somebody else brought salmon and it wasn’t mine unfortunately it was mine. It was a little expensive $119 for 2 pounds of fish but it was Christmas and I figured hey it’s Amazon‘s choice! yo Amazon you don’t know how to pick salmon this was really bad. They were 10 people at this party and I apologize to all 10 not one of them could say anything good about the salmon even the pate taste like cat food I don’t know how they knew it cat food tasted like, I expect a refund.

Even with all the hiccups in our world right now, if you say you are going to be a gift delivery service then you should get it there reasonably close to on time. It was supposed to arrive 3-6 days before my Moms’ 87th birthday, but got there actually three days after her birthday. Not earth-shattering, but not worth counting on for sure. Reports were of delicious but not outstanding.

Sent as a gift for Christmas. No sender included, so our friends in Arizona had no idea we remembered them over Christmas. Good flavor; not enough quantity for the price. Discovered they received it through a February conversation!
