I spice it up with Sriracha sauce and add things like carrots, celery and onion. Then I top it with Mung Bean sprouts. Basically, it’s a Pho starter set.

Authentic, can be used in many oriental recipes substituting rice noodles for flour noodles, and one can enjoy the cuisine of Vietnam.

I would like to say that I am a fan of Snapdragon foods, which is why I buy their products for my family and friends as well. The mushroom Pho bowl is wonderfully seasoned, and cooks well with the easy to follow directions in no time. My only issue was the asking price on Amazon; I buy this from local big box stores at almost a 25% or greater discount without coupons of any kind and I am worried that the higher price might turn away buyers from the site.

Overpriced, flavor is decent for instant pho. You’re paying for the plastic container it seems like.

Disappointment is an understatement. Thought I would try another new dish but this was a mistake. The package was hard to open for starters, although it was easy to prepare the taste disappointed. Not filling with flat tasting noodles. I could taste the mushrooms somewhat. Sorry but will pass on reordering. Not a good value for the money.

It is quite salty (careful if you have high BP), full of Asian flavors, can add more spice or soy sauce according to your liking. Good part is that it is Gluten Free, make sure to add Gluten Free soy sauce if you have Celiac Disease.

I absolutely love this soup it’s delicious and packed with flavor and not too high on sodium like most ramen out there (but still a lot) I would highly recommend stocking up on this especially if you’re a ramen lover or just want something quick and delicious too eat definitely worth the money
