To those who don’t understand why sunflower seeds etc. are at bottom is because in settling, lighter things might mostly go to bottom of a mixed nut snack large jar item. I bought the gourmet mix. PUT IN DIFFERENT CONTAINER WHEN YOU GET IT. Then mix it up a little as you go, not hard. Complain about big things in life, not something SO easily fixed with common sense. It is a bit salty for my low salt diet…but ok in moderation. EASY HACK, I rinse my daily handful under water in a pasta strainer for a few seconds to wash off some salt, pat dry…not letting the sesame sticks get soggy, I love those crunchy. Works for me.♥️

I was looking for a salty snack that might be healthy, or at least somewhat KETO-friendly. I’ve tried several mixed nuts options, and just could not find one that was tasty, or had the perfect combination. I can’t eat Pork Rinds, so my choices are greatly reduced. This is a good mix featuring some seeds and nuts that are great additions to your diet. And they are much better than chips and other snacks. The sesame sticks are the only “bad” item. The rest consists of: Peanuts, Sunflower Kernels, Almonds, Cashews, and Pepitas. Good source of Potassium and a tasty, with cheesy/salty taste. They have a honey roast flavor, but that just sounds gross to me. The serving size is 1/4 cup. Its truly hard to stop with that little, so keep that in mind. if you tend to eat more like I do, the carbs can add up.
My only complaints. The top is too small for my hands – that is probably unique to me. And the price seems to swing dramatically. You can sometimes find a slightly larger container at grocery stores for less per ounce, so always compare size of package, and price per ounce for the best value. Most of the time Amazon has been less.
These are ideal for snacking. I ate them all during college football season. For a family, you might have to get one for each person.

These really ARE “really good” – so good, in fact, they’re sort of addictive… Delicious product – one I’ve come back & re-ordered, MULTIPLE times. (These are also work as a snack addition for a cocktail party. People love this combination of nuts/sesame sticks/seeds.) Ample amount. Shipped fast. RECOMMEND

Blown away by the freshness, saltiness, assortment; just EVERYTHING about this snack!! Was skeptical but wanted to get away from the sugar snacks. and WOW, was I ever impressed!! Felt like I was at an old-time country fair and got a bag of warm fresh snacks. No kidding!! This company has me for a lifetime customer; that is, unless the price jumps up. THANK you for such a wonderful product!! And by the way; don’t toss the container! I save these to store my pastas, grains, popcorn, rice, pancake mixes and dry pet food! Keeps them fresh and moisture free!

So no problem with freshness.
Yes, there is abundance of the cheaper nuts i .e. peanuts and almonds. But overall it’s OK.
Lots of the smaller nuts were actually in the middle of the mixture probably due to settling during shipping.
They are tasty.
But they need MORE honey spray on them…MORE FLAVOR !!
I would re-order!
