This is my new secret flavor weapon. It really gives light color dishes where you can’t use regular soy sauce, some wonderful umami. This will need to be a pantry staple going forward.

I use this soy sauce to make my Japanese omelette with. Not an overpowering taste. I also use it on sticky rice or regular rice. Perfect light tasting soy sauce.

Not very soy sauce like. Very salty…however you can use on items that you normally wouldn’t in place of salt. Really adds a depth of umami flavor that can be quite useful. I would buy again
