They’re sweet, juicy and thin-skinned. Perfect for a tomato sandwich on toast, with mayo. Really great flavor. They’re also wonderful in salad. But if you want a really good tomato sandwich, these are the ones to get.

It’s so disconcerting these days using a shopping service to buy your tomatoes, and they bring you these gorgeous on the outside, but white on the inside excuses for a tomato. I’m so tired of grocers picking durability over flavor.
These Campari tomatoes have not succumbed to this sort of genetic breeding. They are small, yes, but still have that soft, juicy, flavor filled tomato essence you associate with your childhood.
