These contain modified tapioca starch and have a grainy texture compared to other brands that only contain rice and water.

Out of the package, the noodles are individually separate but during cooking (I tried various methods) some noodles stick together and thus don’t cook fully and remain tough. And to separate them, you can’t just stir, you have to separate by hand which doesn’t work since the are too hot to touch with fingers, and are difficult to pull apart with breaking before separating. I couldn’t separate them with any utensil. Finally, I served them with Sweet & Sour chicken and my daughter said the noodles tasted bad.

There so great I cook it for 7-8 minutes and make some broth and add veggies and bacon it tastes so gooood definitely need these again the texture is so soft and shewy . Love these

My daughter and I have to eat gluten free due to celiac genetic markers. This is a favorite of my kid’s, especially with Irish cheddar grated on top! It’s a quick way to make a GF form of mac & cheese. I probably go through 4 boxes a week!

Please please find another brand. I found out after purchasing and trying them that pretty much everyone else knows these are terrible. They stay chewy and hard. They taste old, it’s all bad!
