The salad is fresh and tasty. I wish it came with more dressing though. Nevertheless, I use my own poppyseed dressing to get the amount that I like.

In addition to being really healthy, they taste really good. So convenient and always fresh we keep three or four of them in the fridge all the time since I am a saladholic. As an added bonus each different variety has a different flavor of dressing eliminating the boredom factor.

I am a big fan of packaged salads and have tried almost every major brand. I really like that this Taylor Farms brand tends to be higher quality and higher in nutrients. The asiago kale salad is delicious and makes eating kale an easier job than usual. The dressing does a good job of masking that bitter flavor and the croutons are a very nice touch and texture. The salad is also more than enough for one person. You just have to eat it right away, as the shelf life isn’t very long.

I like the kale salad kit with cranberry and salad dressing. I even added a boiled egg tomatoes to it.
