I’m sitting in an area of the Southern United State’s temporarily and I’m not going out in the deadly heat these peeps live in! I ordered some of this shredded lettuce for some wraps and whatever is cool pickings in the kitchen. I called the store first and complained about the lack of cold packs in my small but still cold items in my last order! DO NOT DELIVER MY FEW FROZEN OR REFRIGERATED ITEMS WITHOUT ANY PROTECTION. I’m not going to tip you. I’m going to call for a full refund on any melted item and I’ll make a statement like this about the yucky food my hard earned money went for. My order that was delivered 2 days ago was well wrapped, not in the darn trunk and I have to be honest, seeing the elderly folks who were delivering my stuff made me run out to help them! Everything was perfect and I naturally tipped them well. Amazon does not read reviews so picky shoppers better get bold but nice and CALL FOR REFUNDS!!! I’m never disappointed in Customer Service representatives! Now I’m not disappointed in my food orders either. Thanks you two, I’m still feeling awful guilty that you are working delivering groceries in what should be your golden years, BUT I’M SO GRATEFUL FOR YOU DOING SO AND IMHO YOU ARE TEACHING THE LAZY PEEPS WHAT THEY SHOULD BE DOING. Eat it quick once you get it because it goes bad fast. In my experience it lasts about a week.
