I really like this product as I am a plant based eater and it make it easier for me to make a quiet meal, especially when I am working long days. Also helps me to eat healthier and get in my veggies. I recommend this product. Just don’t buy a lot a time if your not able to eat them quick as the expiration date is short time so you don’t waste them like I did.

I was very surprised at this. Very fresh veggies and the sauce was really good. I’ll definitely buy again.

My family loved the teriyaki sauce this veggie pack brought- delicious!!

I’m sure it would taste better stir fried, but it’s still good in the microwave. I just put the veggies in a bowl, pour the sauce over and microwave for 4.5 minutes. Veggies are cooked but still have some crunch.

Excellent

Overall it’s not a bad product. As other reviewers noted there appears to be a very narrow “use by” ramp available upon delivery which makes the product less useful as an on-hand meal addition.
The teriyaki sauce is waaay salty. My position on this is simple – if a meal is going to be “cooked” (instead of, say, nuked) then the addition of salt should be at the cook’s discretion. The maker should offer reduced sodium sauce that can be adjusted as needed.
Unfortunately I will not be purchasing again as even a small serving will measurably spike daily sodium intake.

I am a person who has to consciously search for ways to make vegetables the main part of my diet as I grow SO bored with salads. When I saw this bag of fresh vegetables already prepared to just throw in a pan and stir-fry, I just had to try it. It included vegetables that I never purchase such as brussel sprouts and kale, which I always thought I hated. However, I just sauteed this bag of vegetables in a little olive oil and also added some pre-cooked, step four chicken that is also available from whole foods, and added the teriyaki sauce that conveniently comes in the vegetable package. It took all of 5 minutes And was remarkably good! I should say it was great, it really really was. I was so surprised and pleased and can’t wait to get it again. I will say that I’m going to use at least two packages of the vegetables for any added protein, shrimp, chicken, tofu, whatever. It is so good and easy and I am very happy to have found a wonderful tasting way to get in those vegetables.

I made steak stir fry with these vegetables and it turned out really well. I used 2 lbs of the cut beef strips that you can also purchase on Amazon fresh. The stir fry was a big hit, I’ll definitely be buying these veggies again.

The kit cooks down a lot. I think it’s 1 serving of vegetables but there’s enough sauce to add a protein. Pick whatever you like, cook it correctly, and toss it in. It makes a nice, quick meal. Low-ish calories and filling with the protein.
