In this quarantine situation I have been craving good Asian cuisine, and it is not available in our area. This product set, which are smaller jars, allowed me to taste the various products and then up my game in trying to replicate my favorite foods. Fish sauce and oyster sauce!! Who knew?? I thought they would be nasty, fishy, things, but instead they are delicious, flavorful accentuating ingredients that really allow me to cook closer to what the best foods I remember taste like.

I tried making Pad See Ew without these with what I had in hand and it just wasn’t right. Tried again using proper sauces and holy smokes what a difference! Essential for Thai cooking at home.

There was a fried rice recipe that called for all 4 ingredients so this bundle is a convenient way to create authentic meals since all the ingredients come in one package prime delivered at a good price and good quality. Would recommend and buy again. My only hesitation would be that they seem manufactured overseas so there may be a small risk of not getting standard quality. The batch I tried was perfect!

I ordered this kit before but it was no longer available from that vendor. This was listed as a replacement vendor. As you can see from the picture, these bottles were a lot smaller. The new kit is in front of the old kit. Don’t expect the same larger bottles that are in the back of the picture!
