Thai Kitchen Sweet Red Chili Dipping Sauce has a wonderful chili pepper spicy bite, but doesn’t bring tears to your eyes, or make you breathe fire like some red chili sauces will. The sweet, spicy heat is great for dipping, but is even better when used as a glaze, or marinade for meat and fish. Also goes well as a glaze on veggies (green beans, broccoli, winter and summer squash). Try it instead of tomato sauce in casseroles and soups. As you can tell, I’ve experimented with this in a lot of recipes. It’s great in bean soups instead of, or in addition to tomato sauce. Try it on eggs, or in egg dishes. Just a tablespoon will add a spicy punch to tuna, pasta, and chicken salads. A chicken roasted with this as a glaze is marvelous. Add some additional garlic, and/or ginger to the glaze and you’ll have a roasted chicken that people will ask for the recipe, or where did you buy it. Great product that I haven’t exhausted the possibilities for. Nice to find on Amazon as you can’t always find in the stores. Costco did offer in a BIG bottle, but no longer do. Try it. Price is good too.

Some friends of ours recommended this to us, and we tried a bottle we bought here in Arizona. After we quickly finished that, back to the store for more, but alas — the local stores seem to have dropped it. So we bought a small case on Amazon. We shared a bottle with the friends who introduced us, and another bottle went to our daughter. She loved it, as do our grandkids! Our granddaughter puts it on chicken and rice when she comes home from school. We use it in lots of dishes, and not just Asian ones. Great stuff!

I received the box of 6. The middle one was broken and spilled all over the other 5. I had to clean up broken glass and sauce off the other 5 jars. I don’t know how the delivery person could miss it-it was oozing out of the box. How do I get a refund for one bottle????

Tastes great. We have Sushi at least once a week.

The flavor is just as described: sweet and spicy but definitely not worth almost $30 for 6 little bottles. I’ll make it myself from now on.

Love this sauce. Have never found anything better tasting. Perfect sweet and sour sauce.

This is kind of like a spicy sweet & sour sauce. The consistency is great… it doesn’t run and I can get it out of the bottle easy enough. The bottles aren’t that big and sometimes I use a whole bottle at one time so I knew that even if I bought 6 bottles, they’d get used. I use it on different things… as a dip or to mix it with soy sauce for Chinese dumplings, etc. There are lots of ways to use it… I just grab it when it seems like it would be good and it always is!
