I had been using a different brand which was kind of bland and watery in the way that coffee gets in the third run through the grounds, but it was so much cheaper than anything I could get in the grocery store. Then i found THIS brand for cheaper still. So i tried it. I was so surprised when I opened the first can. It was thick and creamy and aromatic the way coconut milk is supposed to be, almost more of a coconut cream than milk. And the taste is SO far superior. I also find that I need to use less of it (a third of a can instead of half a can) for my usual needs, so I can get 50% more use out of a can for less money. BONUS. I highly recommend this, and won’t ever go back to the other.

I have some Missionary friends who spent many years eating Filipino food. I use this coconut milk to make mochi for them and a few other recipes. This coconut milk is perfect, and they love the treats I have made for them. This is also cheaper than I can find where I live!!

This does not taste like coconut milk at all. Strange taste Doesn’t make a palatable kefir. Gets thick like yogurt.

I have used different brands of organic coconut milk. This brand is excellent. It does not solidify or have any oily residues on top of my desserts! I’m so happy with that after trying the first can of 12, I ordered a second 12 cans of the product. This was an amazing value since my local store wanted 5 bucks for 1 can and I got a case of 12 for about 22. the guar gum makes it extremely creamy and thick. It tastes “coconuty” when I use it cold on berries or in smoothies but when i use it in coffee, although it blends well and makes the coffee creamy there is absolutely no coconut taste and I need to add coconut oil to get that flavor:( that being said, if you are using this for cold products do not hesitate to get this amazing value. But if using for coffee or in hot sauces or cooking and baking that coconut flavor is just not there.

If you’re using this to make whipped cream, remember to refrigerate the can upside down in the fridge overnight. When you’re ready to use it, turn the can right side up VERY CAREFULLY and open the can, it’s much easier to pour off the coconut water this way. Yum!!!!
