Not as sweet as I expected, but a pleasant heat and sweet mixture. I believe this sauce will be great on wings or pizza. Will purchase again.

Very sweet heat. If you don’t like sweet spicy, this one may not fit. Great on most noodles and dumplings.

Contains mono sodium glutamate. Also has modified corn starch if that effects you as well.

It’s very smooth. Not pasty like sriracha. It’s a different taste. I like this one for fries or hot dog more than sriracha. I’d buy again. It’s a tad expensive for how little the container is though.

There is nothing on the label of Chin Su sriracha hot sauce indicating that any ingredient is actually organic at all, let alone certified organic. If it’s important for you that your hot sauce is organic, skip this one and buy something else like Natural Value, Nature’s Greatest, Yellowbird or Kitchen Garden Farm.

I saw this sauce on tiktok creator Chad Kubanoff’s page and had to try it! I love exploring traditional Asian foods and he had done a tasting of the Chin su flavors. Noting that if your local Asian market doesn’t have Amazon does. It was delivered in 1 day. I like how it is hotter and sweeter than sriracha with more fermented taste in the background. This is my new favorite hot sauce.
