Cotton towels can not stay clean enough when we are washing our hands all the time these days. I have been wanting to get these paper towels for a while and was pushed over to buy once I realized how much more hand washing we are all doing. These work great as once you use them, toss them out along with any germs, dirt or grime that was collected even after washing.

These Tork paper towels are made of 100% recycled materials, with 50% (I think it was) being post-consumer materials. If you are wanting to use paper towels which make less of an environmental impact in their manufacture, as compared to regular, bleached gleaming white paper towels, then these might do the trick. A couple notes on these as compared to my usual paper towel, the Kleenex z-fold: 1) these are single fold paper towels, folded in half instead of in thirds. They are consequently wider in their folded state, and may be too wide for your current dispenser/holder. 2) These towels are much thinner than the Kleenex, with each "strap" of paper towels containing 250 ct. instead of 150 ct. of towels. A single one of these Tork recycled towels is capable of drying my hands after washing, although the towel does become saturated, seemingly "maxed out" on absorption; the Kleenex seem to have much more drying capacity per towel. These recycled Torx towels are not scratchy though, even if they don’t approach the crisp, cloth-like texture of those Kleenex towels. All in all, these are good paper towels — I’ve definitely used worse!

This is not the regular brand that I normally purchase. With the COVID-19 pandemic, the hand towels that I normally purchase were out of stock and this is the only brand available in the single fold towel at a decent price. These are not as absorbent, but certainly works until the others are available. Thank you to the manufacturer and the Amazon warehouse workers that put our orders together in the midst of this horrible pandemic.

I purchased these because of the Paper Towel shortage. They are just big enough for every kitchen job. I also put these in the Laundry Room, where we have set up a washing station after entering the back door. They are very convenient and less costly.

I started buying the commercial style paper towels during the pandemic. I liked them more than the roll style. I’ve settled on these single fold and plan to keep using them. I love the convenience and they are just as absorbent as the roll brands.

A very good value.

In the age of coronavirus, soft and absorbent paper towels were for the bold willing to fight bravely to keep their higher pleasures. That left the hesitant oned and the second guessers with what was left — commercial brown paper towels one finds in a public bathroom.
Do they work? Yes, but trust me when I say these should not be used as toilet paper. You will regret it. They are excellent for kitchen messes and the wiping of faces, fingers, and surfaces.

everyone should be buying these… get an old dispenser made in america at a yard sale..you will be so happy.

These towels were absorbent and strong. Because of COVID-19 we wash our hands a great deal more and I use them instead of my hand towels in the powder room. They were also so strong that I could wash down a bathroom sink with three or four of them just like a sponge and then throw the towels away.
