These are extremely wide rice noodles like linguini and don’t result in wonderful tasting pho like a thinner noodle. Disappointing. A more accurate description would be helpful.

These noodles are light and perfect texture unlike some that are thick and heavy. I use these in place of regular fettuccine as we are gluten free, these work well with all kinds of sauces and in soups. Love them!

I love these noodles!!! Quick, easy, and tasty! I would boil them for 5 minutes, instead of 7, if you like aldente noodles. I like a little chew on my noodles. One bag will feed an army! They taste like fresh noodles!

Yep, these are rice noodles; refrigerated rice noodles are still preferred, but these are good if soaked and parboiled to soften before tossing in with sauce (otherwise they take up all the liquid and the dish turns out very dry).
