I don’t usually buy prepared marinades but got the opportunity to try this one. I got it in the lemongrass flavor and I would have preferred that flavor to be a little more prominent. I made a pork tenderloin and put the sauce on for the last few minutes of cooking. We liked it but found it to be very salty. Right now, its current price seems really high to me. Again, not a product I usually would buy and would not buy this again.

This is good but a little disappointed. Best pricing is to go to their web site and buy 3 of their products, this is $12.99 and with 3 you get free shipping. I wanted to try first so bought on Amazon. Chicken for 24 hours and it didn’t have the restaurant flavor I was expecting. I live in small town that grocers don’t carry lemongrass. Good substitute but I will do 48 hour marinade as 24 didn’t overpower the chicken. Trying pork chops this time. Did follow instructions for the amount of marinade to the lb of meat.

Where do I start?? This marination sauce is so good for road tips, camping , family trips, golf trips, and at home. We have 3 growing boys and I’m type 2 diabetes so I’m on a high protein , low carb diet . We use all the flavors: garlic for ribs , lemongrass for beef, and curry for chicken thighs and wings. It’s so easy to marinate and air fry, seared, or grill when needed. It taste so good with a little rice or tortilla wrap. This is such a HIT for us and our friends who visit. The consistency is amazing and our boys LOVE IT! I’m a hero to them bc of this Sauce for our meats and proteins !! Can’t say ENOUGH! You are a life saver PhaSauce!!

Can be used as a dipper or a marinade. Flavors are difficult to judge as everyone has different taste, but I can say that I think this bottle is pretty expensive. Not sure the value is there compared to other sauces on the market. But if price doesn’t matter to you then it seems a quality product.
