It saved the life of a friend’s dog. The dog is old and was bleeding. She stopped eating. She was in pain and was sitting in a corner all the time. I read somewhere on a holistic treatment site that the sea kelp: Laminaria Digitata may treat that type of bleeding (for women condition, but worked for the dog too). I mixed the flakes with tuna in the food processor, and she started eating them. I also switched her food to another brand (not sure if she ate it cos it’s different or cos she was getting better). I kept feeding her the digitata sea kelp with tuna for about two or three weeks. The bleeding stopped, she’s no longer in pain, and the doctor said she’s all good.

We were looking to avoid another ‘supplement’ to take for iodine. I put these flakes into an empty Weber BBQ spice shaker (bigger holes) It’s now easy to shake onto foods that need a slightly salty taste. Very good chewy flakes (like miniature ‘gummies’). I’ll order again…
