To change out the AAA battery simply remove cap, hold trimmer body with one hand and pinch the trimmer head with your index finger and thumb with the other hand then gently pull up on the trimmer head. To remove the trimmer head pinch the head between your index finger and thumb then turn counterclockwise a quarter turn and lift away from the trimmer body. To replace the head, align the notches on the head with the channel on the trimmer body, press down and turn a quarter turn clockwise until it locks into place. The whole thing feels a little on the cheaply made side, but it works great, better than other brands I’ve tried that came highly rated. It’s nice and compact, much more so than other products that do the same thing, and works just as well as the few (5 or 6) other brands and styles I’ve owned over the years.
The main cutting head and all the attachments work great, and as long as you don’t abuse this thing, change heads carefully, don’t drop it on a hard floor, etc, it will probably work well for you for years. I’ve had mine for a month or two, used it several times on the same battery to trim eyebrows, ears, and nose, and it’s going strong.
It’s not professional build quality, but it works great, and it’s lightweight and compact if you want to travel with it. I’m really impressed with it for the price and would buy again.

I love this, it works perfectly! The trimmer is lightweight and compact in size, easy to pack into a toiletry bag for traveling. It trims very nicely. I highly recommend it!

Most of these items work great out of the gate, but quickly stop working effectively. I’ve noticed this item is still as strong and effective months after usage by myself and my wife. The fact that it is reasonably priced compared to others makes it that much more impressive.

My first one would have still been going strong if I hadn’t been a klutz & dropped it three times in a row. That third drop was just too much. Prior to that, this little trimmer had been going strong for probably 6 or 7 years. However, this replacement did NOT come with a battery as my original one did. If it said that in the description, I missed it. Luckily, I still had the old one & it’s going strong. Fingers crossed.

I’ve owned so many of these. I’ve tried so many others. But I keep coming back to these.
For what they do, they do it very well.
Cons: kinda Cheaply made (but inexpensive)
Small and easy to loose, traveling etc.
Pros: great at what it does. Inexpensive.

Works as described, very easy to groom ears, brows and nose. ONLY reason for not higher rating is, sometimes it comes apart to easy. A bit tighter of fitting from trimmer to battery packet would be slight improvement.

I give this 4 stars because it is not very robust. I have purchased several of these. They all break within 6 – 12 months. The plastic housing is cheap. It sometimes falls off and motor parts fall out. I’ve learned to reassemble it with patience. The motor sometimes stops intermittently. Tapping the unit on the countertop sometimes gets it going again. I’m going to try a Remington. It’s the same price.

I was paying my hair dresser $10 for a nose wax, $10 for ear wax and $2 to trim my eyebrows on a $25 haircut. This inexpensive trimmer takes care of these things now and saves me substantial $$$. Good product that is easy to use and trims away unwanted hair .

I had a very old “pen style” trimmer that I used for many years to trim any long hairs on my throat/neck before shaving, or to clean up my hairline in between haircuts. I dont recall where I got it, but it was very good. It finally died 🙁
Ive only had this one a couple of weeks, but here’s my thoughts so far:
Pro’s –
-it cuts fine
-the trimmer motor seems powerful
-It comes with a nosehair and eyebrow trimmer attachment
Cons:
-To insert the battery, you have to pull the whole motor body out of the handle
-the trimmer head itself is sort of short
-the trimmer head is angled, which I don’t love – your mileage my vary on this
I cant speak to battery life yet, as Ive only had it a few weeks.
Overall it does the job, and at 10 bucks its hard to complain 🙂
