I learned about this from one of the most acclaimed Thai chefs in the world. This is the only fish sauce I use now. Its taste is refined, mild, and elegant. Nothing like the fishy store-bought brands in the supermarket. Truly a great product!

I have tried many of the popular brands, but this one is perfect for kimchi. Add about up to 20% more than usual for a bolder flavor without the saltiness. Very clean taste profile, and has a much bigger unami punch instead of a fishy punch. I’ve been through about 6 or 7 of these now, and have gifted a few. Also great for soups.

I never put much thought into the fish sauce I use. I am a French trained chef and self-taught with Asian cuisine. I bought this bottle on a whim. My quality of my food has increased dramatically, the smell, the taste, the whole experience is elevated. It is a tiny bottle, but it is an absolutely amazing ingredient.
