They’re really tasty, and are great with some cheese and crackers. They store for a long time in the vacuum pack, too, so they’d be great to take on hikes and camping. Love them!

Random Thoughts –
I’ve purchased the honey ham version of Wenzel’s meat sticks a couple of times now. Each time they arrived fresh and delicious. I like to keep some of these on hand because they’re yummy snacks or meals for me when I’m on the go. Because I have food allergies, I particularly appreciate the fact that this brand doesn’t contain any of the common allergens but, even aside from that, it’s great to eat food that tastes like food. Too often meat sticks seem to contain mostly non-meat ingredients which leads to a odd texture and taste.
These ham sticks have a nice snap from the casing with a soft but pleasant ham-like texture inside. There is a smokiness to these which I quite like. While traveling, these ham sticks help keep me from having to resort to eating lots of junk food or sketchy airplane food.
