I can’t remember where I originally tried this but I liked it so much that I found it on Amazon and purchased a three pack.
I put two in the freezer and one in the refrigerator that lasted me several days as I snacked on it with cheese, Ritz crackers, and roasted almonds as my evening snack.
Of course you could do so many other variations with this meat including charcuterie board, sandwiches, adding it to salads… the list is endless!
So much better than the cheap stuff you can get at the local grocery stores. I compare the quality to The expensive Hickory Farms brand.
I’ll definitely buy this again.
