Soaked these in hot water for 15 minutes, while cooking other ingredients and they didn’t fall apart when stir frying them to finish up cooking.

It’s really hard to find the very wide Pad See Ew noodles. These are the closest I could find and they are only a little wider than typical Pad Thai noodles. They taste good though.

There are no stores that sell freshly made wide rice noodles (I’m making Shrimp Chow Fun), so I tried this dried rice noodle. With proper prep (soak in room temp water overnight, then into boiling water for 5-7 minutes just before using) these worked as a perfect substitute. Thanks

These noodles were recommened to me by a vegan chef. They are so good & are so easy to make. I origanlly bougth them to make Drunken Noodles & they were prefection! I also think they are great value for the money & will buy again!

I was a first timer and made a great dish the only thing I would do definitely is add to cold water after so the noodles don’t stick. Ha rookie mistake on my part all in all delish and will buy again

So much better than I could imagine! I was so nervous when I read that cooking instructions are not included with this item. I read a few of the other reviews with cooking instructions and decided to try dropping the noodles in just under boiling water and cooking for 15 minutes, before draining and tossing in wok. This worked PERFECTLY! We made pad se ew and the taste and texture of these noodles were as good as my favorite takeout places! I will definitely be ordering again and again!
