I love it with my soups. It was outdated, but I still used it.

These are really tasty, and of the dozen or so I’ve tried, these are at the top regarding “fresh” taste. The mix is, carrot, tomato, garlic, onion, shallot, parsley, glucose. The container can be repurposed. However, it came with a short expiration date, which defeats my reason for buying dehydrated or freeze dried foods. Less than a year. But if expiration isn’t an issue for you, I would go for it.

I add this to my ramen and bone broths, adds good flavor. Be warned, the size is smaller than expected so for me it’s a bit expensive. Probably will look else where for a better value.

I love to add this to my ramen soups and even with beef or chicken stock for a quick warm snack.

I made some soup in the pressure cooker. Smelled wonderful. Gave it a taste, and got nothing but tomato taste.
This is a rich soup. It has bone-in chicken, a good stock, and plenty of seasonings. I had to add another 2 cups of stock to mellow out the tomatoes. After that, it was pretty good. All together, I used 6 cups of stock. I really only wanted 4 cups of soup.
Oh well.

I just got the product and I check the Best by date and it was 12/27/21. Like really? You sell a food product that is no longer at it’s best quality? And you want good reviews on it? Plus they offer no refund or replacement. I’m not upset just disappointed. It looks and taste ok. But still why?

Just bought this while I was deployed to add some veggies to my ramen. We didn’t have a decent chow hall there, so I found ways to doctor up food in the tent 😂

When making a cup or bag ramen I add a spoonful and makes them a million times better. The (Tomatoes) version also have large slices of garlic with the other dehydrated vegetables.
Great for at home or for work lunch
