How does one capture the unmistakable flavor of Mustard BBQ sauce with 0g of sugar total per serving? One could say that one would be out of one’s mind to attempt such nonsense. And yet, one can honestly say one pulled it off with our Zero Sugar Mustard BBQ Beef Jerky. So, if you’re one to enjoy the sweet, tangy blend of vinegar, mustard, and spices – but not one to go for any sugar in your beef jerky – then one would be delighted if one would give one’s Mustard BBQ sugar free jerky recipe a try. Or Two.

The texture was great but the jerky was in small pieces and very peppery.

Hey doubters, this is your proof that beef jerky doesn’t need any sugar! Bad for you anyway!!
I don’t eat a lot of meat but I do really like beef jerky. However, it has to be a good jerky. I won’t eat just anything.
I’ve had the pleasure of trying several meat products from this brand and this one is my favorite! It has a traditional flavor like the jerky my family made when I was a kid. It also has a nice texture. Moist but not soft. Chewy but not to the point where it will rip your teeth out. I have no idea why jerky would even need sugar as this is sooo tasty without it. It’s not even extremely high in sodium (11% of your daily value in 1 oz.) for this type of product.
Overall, I really loved this and would definitely purchase in the future. Being grass fed and high in protein are a bonus!

Like that I can have honest jerky without sugar.

Nothing to dislike. Taste, consistency, value…..hey you’re only going to be as healthy as your habits. Why not put good stuff into your body?

Maybe it’s both the taste and texture, maybe it’s just me, but not as good as Jack Links which I no longer buy because it’s not grass fed.

Kinda bland

It’s just ok bc I don’t like that it’s very messy (I eat it over the kitchen sink). Prob won’t get this again. I also don’t like the rosemary flavor either.

These are PRIME beef… no gristle, no lard, no sugar and NOT TOUGH like shoe leather.
The strips are nice, thick cuts of quality brisket… what you’re likely to make for yourself if you can get that rich relative of yours to part with the bank roll… These are NOT cheap. Figure a bag for every guest and if you’re talking a party of four or five it’ll set you back about a hundred and fifty bucks!
Worth every penny.
Of course… if you’re limited on funds the next best one is Jacks for a little less cash.

I like the taste, no sugar and great for my low carb lifestyle. I tried these at Whole Foods but much better price here
